Albertina de J. M. Capita was an Assistant Professor at the Higher Polytechnic Institute of Benguela (ISPB) from 2021 to 2023, being responsible for the subjects of Histology and Embryology in the Clinical Analysis BSc degree . Her career path includes a voluntary internship at the General Hospital of Benguela, carried out from 2018 to 2019, and a professional internship at DW-Development Workshop Angola, where she worked for six months. Albertina completed her BSc degree in 2020 at the Higher Polytechnic Institute of Benguela, under the guidance of MSc. Mariele Luís. Her thesis was published in RACS (Academic Network of Health Sciences of Lusophony) in 2021, standing out for its contribution to the academic community, as it estimated the evolution of SARS-CoV2 infection in Benguela county. Currently, Albertina is enrolled in the first year of the MSc degree in Forensic Sciences at CESPU. She is part of the research team of 1H-TOXRUN research unit at CESPU, where she actively collaborates under the supervision of Prof. Eduarda M. P. Silva, Dr Carlos Ribeiro (Avextra), and Prof. Ricardo Dinis working towards the Terpene profiling of Cannabis in different chemovars and products of medicinal interest. Her dedication to research and scientific advancement in the field of Forensic Sciences stands out as an essential component of her academic and professional journey.
