Lorenzo Cozzolino is a marine biologist and nature conservationist. Lorenzo is deeply interested in answering ecological and conservation questions with particular concern for the future perspectives of marine ecosystems in response to several anthropogenic stressors. Central aspects of his research are the sustainability of marine ecosystems, the evaluation of the functions and services they provide to human well-being and the provision of environmental risk assessments to ensure in turn a responsible use of natural resources.
