Faouzia Tayari (https://orcid.org/0009-0009-4809-0117) is a highly motivated researcher specializing in Physics of Condensed Materials and Acoustics. She earned her PhD in Physics of Condensed Materials and Acoustics in 2023 from the University of Sfax, Tunisia, graduating with the highest honors. Prior to this, she completed a Master's degree in Condensed Matter Physics on December 8, 2018, and a Fundamental License in Physics-Chemistry on June 9, 2016, both from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Sfax.¨ With a diverse portfolio of academic and professional experiences, Faouzia has made significant contributions to her field. She has published 14 research articles in esteemed journals and presented 10 conference talks and posters. Her international exposure includes a prestigious double internship at the University of Le Havre, France, where she worked for seven months in 2021. From October 2023 to November 2024, Faouzia worked as an internship student in the Department of Physics at the University of Aveiro, Portugal, focusing on materials for solar cells and sensors. During this time, she synthesized and characterized new ceramic materials, including structural, electrical, dielectric, and magnetic analyses, and explored their applications in energy storage and solar cell technologies. Additionally, she received a research grant from the University of Minho in Braga, Portugal, where she worked from September 23, 2024, to December 23, 2024, further advancing her research on materials for solar cells, sensors, and characterizations. Her doctoral research focused on studying the effective properties of isotropic materials, the behavior of elastic wave diffusion, and spherical obstacle interactions. These studies provided significant insights into material behavior under various conditions. Her broader research interests emphasize the development of nanomaterials and advanced materials such as perovskite multiferroics, which have wide-ranging technological applications. Faouzia's work integrates aspects of material isotropy and wave diffusion, demonstrating a deep understanding of fundamental and applied physics. Additionally, she is proficient in MATLAB and various other specialized software tools, which she uses to model, analyze, and interpret complex physical phenomena.
