Patricia Galvão Teles. Concluiu a Licenciatura em Direito em 1993 pela Universidade de Lisboa Faculdade de Direito, Docteur em Relações Internacionais em 2002 pelo Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies International Law Department e Diplôme d´études supérieures em Relações Internacionais em 1995 pelo Institut de Hautes Études Internationales et du Développement. É Professora Associada na Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa e Técnica Superior no Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros. É atualmente Membro da Comissão de Direito Internacional das Nações Unidas, onde é co-presidente do Grupo de Estudos sobre a Subida do Nível do Mar e o Direito Internacional e responsável, em particular, pela temática da protecção das pessoas afetadas pela subida do nível do mar. Publicou 28 artigos em revistas especializadas. Possui 3 capítulos de livros e 1 livro. Atua na área de Ciências Sociais com ênfase em Direito Internacional e Relações Internacionais. Nas suas atividades profissionais interagiu com 11 colaboradores em coautorias de trabalhos científicos.
