Rosana Max da Costa Nogueira has completed the Integrated Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences on 02/2021 by the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra with a CGPA of 16/20. At the same time, she sought to carry out a variety of internships, a few extracurricular ones (in Community Pharmacy and Clinical Analysis, both in Portugal) in addition to the mandatory curricular internship to obtain the title of Master (in Community Pharmacy, Portugal and in Hospital Pharmacy, ERASMUS). She received 1 award (3% Best Student Award) in the academic year 2016/2017 from the University of Coimbra. In 2022 she started working at CICECO, University of Aveiro as a Research Fellow in SimIA: Intelligent multifunctional Lighting and Acoustic System for the promotion of health and well-being at work (POCI-01-0247-FEDER-047145). In this context, she attended the Advanced Course in Science Investigation. She is currently enrolled in the Doctoral Program in Biochemistry at the University of Aveiro, since 10/2022, and continues as a Research Fellow, also in the SimIA project. Until today, she has 1 participation in an international conference (AMSE 2023) as co-author of 2 posters; future plans for 2 more participations in international conferences (RRB 2023and 11th TOP); 1 article submitted to ACS Omega as co-author; 1 article under submission, as co-author. Professionally, she is interested in Medical and Health Sciences, particularly in Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Master's thesis: Exosomes as Drug Delivery Systems in Oncology), and also in Engineering Sciences and Technologies, with emphasis on Materials Engineering and Chemical Engineering. On a personal level, she is interested in the self-taught study of foreign languages, having recently obtained the following certificates: FCE 185/190 (07/2022) and IELTS 8.0/9.0 (03/2023), corresponding to a C1 level in English; TOPIK level 3 in 6 (10/2022), corresponding to a B1 level in Korean. Additionally, she seeks to be involved in other types of activities whenever possible, such as: member of a Youth Organization (from 2013 to 2018); member of an academic group called "PHARTUNA Tuna de Farmácia de Coimbra" (from 2015 to 2018); member of the Department of Pedagogy of the Students' Association while in Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra (from 2017 to 2018); member of the Department of Education of the Students' Association while in Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra (from 2018 to 2020); Partner at an Association named Acreditar (since 2023).
