Catarina Neves é Professora Auxiliar Convidada na NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS). Tem uma licenciatura em Gestão de Informação pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa - NOVA IMS, Mestrado em Gestão de Informação com especialização em Gestão de Conhecimento e Business Intelligence e Doutoramento em Gestão de Informação. Tem realizado também projetos de investigação associados à NOVA IMS, na área da energia e sustentabilidade. Nos últimos anos tem publicado em jornais e conferências tanto na área de sistemas de informação como de energia, maioritariamente nos temas de tecnologias sustentáveis e comunidades locais de energia, aliando as áreas de tecnologia e sustentabilidade.
