Susana is coordinating professor at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration, University of Aveiro, where she has been teaching Services Marketing, Strategic Management, Marketing for Tourism and Sustainability & Social Responsibility. She received her PhD in Marketing from the University of Stirling, Scotland, in 2008 and her research work is focused on the transference of relationship marketing to social marketing multifaceted and complex programs. Further research interests include marketing education and, in particular, marketing curricula design, consumption dynamics during recessions, the intersection of business and social value creation, social change frameworks and sustainability.
