André Pombo is an Invited Adjunct Professor at the School of Education, Polytechnic of Lisbon, and an Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Human Kinetics, University of Lisbon, Portugal. He teaches curricular units in motor development, motor control, and the pedagogy and didactics of physical education. He also heads the freeski section of the Portuguese Winter Sports Federation. He holds a PhD in Motor Behaviour from the University of Lisbon, an MSc in Sports Management from the same institution, and a BSc in Physical Education from Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies. His research interests include motor development, motor competence, and physical fitness.
