Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering (July-2023) from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR-Campo Mourão). During college, participated in two scientific initiation projects, one related to microencapsulation of compounds for application in meat products, and another focusing on the valorization of fishery by-products. Master's degree in Quality Food and Safety (July-2023), obtained through the Dual Diploma project between UTFPR - Federal Technological University of Paraná, Brazil, and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), Portugal. For the master's thesis, conducted research on the use of grapefruit bio-waste and evaluated the bioactivity of the obtained extracts. Worked as a research fellow at the Mountain Research Center, focusing on the antimicrobial evaluation of plant extracts and finished products. Also participated in a research grant under the "Pacto da Bioeconomia Azul – Vertical Algas," focusing on the characterization of algae polysaccharides and their applications. Currently pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Aveiro, with a research focus on red algae and their interactions with insect protein for food applications.
