Food Engineer graduated from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR, Brazil) with an equivalent degree in Food Engineering and a Master's degree in Food Quality and Safety, both from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB, Portugal). Currently a PhD student in Chemical and Biological Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP).
