As first author, I also published 8 papers in national peer review journals, 7 full papers and 4 extended abstracts in international peer review conference proceedings, 5 chapters in international edited books and 2 monograph. Since 2012, I have been awarded over €600 000 in competitive research grants from FCT and the EU, being the Principal Investigator (PI) of 21 researchers. Before that, I was Co-PI in 3 projects funded by public/private grants from Portugal and Spain (ca.€100 000). As Research Fellow at WU, I was awarded ca.€200 000 in public/private research grants (Netherlands and US), being the PI of 5 researchers.
