Rodrigo has a MSc in Marine Ecology from the University of Lisbon, for which he also conducted research at the Center of Marine Biology at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He's also collaborated with the Department of Fisheries and Oceanography at the University of the Azores (DOP) and with the International Marine Center (IMC) at the Science and Technology Park of Sardinia. Rodrigo has broad interests in marine ecology and invasion biology, and his research focuses on non-indigenous species, invasive species, and associated mobile invertebrates.
