João Diogo Vicente Capucho is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Beira Interior (UBI) - Department of Economics and Management and a Junior Researcher at NECE - Research Center for Business Sciences as a PhD student at UBI. He holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Economics from UBI. Over the last few years, he has contributed to scientific publications; organised two scientific events; contributed with oral presentations at international and national conferences, congresses and seminars; and participated in national meetings of economics and management students; seminars/training sessions; international congress; workshops; among others. He works in different areas of the research field of economics, such as: the economics of entrepreneurship, sustainable tourism, well-being, sustainability, tourism, higher education and quality of life. Furthermore, he has been a reviewer in distinct journals: sustainability, economies, energies, journal of risk and financial management, land and water, from MDPI. He is a researcher with expertise using distinct software, such as: Office 365, STATA, EViews, SmartPLS, SPSS, and RStudio. He also works with different database sources to implement new econometric studies.
