Margarida Vieira is a nutritionist, has a degree in Nutritional Sciences of the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences, University of Porto (FCNAUP), a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition of the Egas Moniz Higher Institute of Health Science, and a PhD in Child Studies, child health specialisation of the University of Minho. Currently, she divides her time between clinical nutrition, research at the Research Centre on Child Studies of the University of Minho (CIEC), and in the development of primary prevention projects in the health area. Scientific articles and publications in peer-reviewed journals. Oral communications at national and international conferences. Author and founder of the online education project 'Stop Cancer Portugal - adopting a healthy lifestyle', created in 2010 for health promotion and cancer prevention.
