Sara T. Baltazar holds a PhD in Electronics and Computational Engineering and a degree in Mathematics, both from the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Portugal. She was the recipient of the Don Schroeder PSIG scholarship award. She worked as a university Professor and a consulter, a researcher of the AltoMinho.SMOB R&D project and of a project promoted by the ITMATI and USC, lately worked as a biostatistical analyser at the IIS Galicia Sur. She collaborates with POSMARK under the IPVC-USC protocol. She has several publications in journals, conferences, and book chapters, edited a book on MaaS, collaborates as Editorial Manager, was invited for a master's degree committee, and is recently a Special Issue Editor. Nowadays, she is a full-time researcher at the ADiT-LAB and her main areas of interest are Biostatistics, Sustainable Mobility, Mobility as a Service (MaaS), Flexible Transport, Modelling and Simulation, and Control Theory.
