Cidália Oliveira holds a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Minho (Braga– Portugal). She is Invited Assistant Professor at the University of Minho, Assistant Professor at IEES. Her main research projects at the moment are related to Innovation, Target Costing, Balanced Scorecard Implementation, Organizational Culture and Leadership. Cidália conducts research in Accounting, Innovation, Strategic Management and Organisational Performance. Cidália belongs to the reserach centre Territories and Organizations for Sustainable Development (TOSD) of University Portucalense, in Porto. She is reviewer of Scopus and ISI journals. Cidália has notable experience in multinational organisations where topics as finance, management control, strategy, communication and innovation are main focuses. Her actual position is CFO | Member of the Executive board of an automotive industry.
