Cláudia Fernandes psychologist by the University of Coimbra with specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology, member of the Portuguese Psychologists Professional Order. Phd in Psychology in 2016 by the University of Aveiro, master´s in information management in 2005 by the University of Aveiro. Researcher in several projects in key areas of industrial technologies, knowledge and technology transfer, promotion of healthy and sustainable workplaces, psychosocial assessment. National, European, and International expert in standardization technical committees in the areas of ageing, lifelong learning, wellbeing, work exposure and psychosocial risks.
