Rodrigo Falcão Moreira is an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto (ISEP), where he has been teaching since 2012 in the Departments of Civil and Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Earthquake and Structural Engineering from the University of Porto (FEUP) and he's a member of the CONSTRUCT-LESE research unit. He is also a full member and co-founder of IBUILT, the innovation centre for digital construction at ISEP. Additionally, he is part of ISEP's management team, currently serving as Vice-President of the Pedagogical Council. Rodrigo Falcão Moreira is also a founding partner and Technical Director of GROUNDMOTION – Earthquake & Structural Engineering, with over 20 years of experience in structural design, consultancy, project review, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams in both national and international contexts. He is a Senior Member of the Portuguese Engineers Association (OE) and a certified Civil Engineering Specialist by the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
