Ana Marta da Silva Rodrigues performed her master thesis in the Institute for Biotecnology and Biosciences (iBB), in Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), obtaining the MSc degree in Biological Engineering in 2017 (IST, Universidade de Lisboa). Between October 2017 and November 2018, and from January to September 2019, A. Marta Rodrigues worked as a research assistant at iBB, in the scope of the project NanoMicroImpact (PTDC/AAG-TEC/4501/2014- Impact of engineered nanoparticles and microplastics on textile wastewater treatment with aerobic granular sludge technology). Since October 2019, until the present date, A. Marta Rodrigues has been working as a research assistant in the Biochemical Engineering Group (BIOENG, UCIBIO, Universidade Nova de Lisboa), in the scope of the European project INGREEN (H2020-BBI-JTI-2018- Bio-based ingredients for sustainable industries through biotechnology).
