Alaize Dall'Orsoletta has developed her research in the field of Engineering and Technology, Energy and Transport Systems, Just Energy Transition, and System Dynamics. She graduated in Petroleum Engineering in February 2019 from the University of Santa Catarina State - UDESC, Brazil, and completed a Diploma of Project Management in August 2020 from Greystone College, Australia. Since February 2021, she is enrolled in the Doctoral Program in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Minho, Portugal. In 2022, she received a Ph.D. scholarship from Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia - FCT to develop her Ph.D. thesis titled "Exploring the Systemic Impacts of a Low-emission Transport Sector: Pathways to a Just Energy Transition". Alaize is the first author of several publications in high-impact journals, student member of the International System Dynamics Society, and an invited Policy Council Member at the South African System Dynamics Chapter.
