Inês Pádua. Licenciou-se em Ciências da Nutrição pela Universidade do Porto em 2014, e concluiu o Doutoramento em Ciências do Consumo Alimentar e Nutrição pela Universidade do Porto em 2018. É também pós-graduada em Nutrição Pediátrica (BUSM. Atualmente é Professora Auxiliar Convidada no Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde do Norte e Coordenadora da Plataforma Alergia Alimentar Kids. É também Investigadora Integrada do Instituto de Saúde Pública da Universidade do Porto. Exerce como nutricionista nas áreas da nutrição clínica e comunitária. É autora de várias publicações científicas e tem como áreas de interesse o estudo da relação da nutrição com as doenças imunoalérgicas nomeadamente a alergia alimentar, a educação alimentar e a História da alimentação.
