I am a health psychology researcher and clinical psychologist who recently completed my PhD at Ispa - University Institute in December 2024. My PhD project - PSY-COVID: PSYchological impact of COVID-19 and its consequences was funded by the FCT (2020.10251.BD). Over the past few years, I have worked as a research fellow on projects funded by the FCT and the BIAL Foundation. My work in these roles involved data collection, statistical analysis, and assisting in the preparation of scientific reports. Currently, I am an Invited Assistant Professor at Iscte-IUL, where I teach and support master's students in health psychology. To date, I have produced a total of 36 scientific productions and have been involved in the organization of several academic conferences. I have been awarded a merit research award in 2024, and a merit diploma for my work in my PhD in 2025. My scientific interests lie in understanding psychosocial adaptation to adversity, gender inequality, and the role of socioeconomic factors in health.
