Divo Faustino is currently a 3º year PhD Student at the University of Minho. During his master's degree, he received two excellence awards for his performance. He was previously envolved in two different projects as a research assistant, both related to the application of principles from Clinical Psychology to improve the well-being and overall mental health of workers in organizations. Furthermore, his collaboration with Centro de Investigação em Psicologia (CIPSI) has resulted in the co-authoring of two papers in indexed international journals and the main authoring of a paper in a national journal. His main interests are: Ambivalence towards change; obsessive compulsive disorder; Sudden gains.
