2017/05/17 - 2017/05/19 I was in charge of organising the social events and performances for the INVTUR'17 International Conference. On a very limited budget, I used personal contacts to arrange a beautiful contemporary ballet group, a fado musician and a piano performance to occur during the conference. At the Gala Dinner, I arranged for a jazz duo to perform and then had a live band and modern folk dancing group come and invite people to dance with them, making it a great opportunity for everyone to unwind after a heavy day of presentations.
