José Rafael Marques da Silva obtained the title of Aggregated in Precision Agriculture in 2007 from the University of Évora. He completed his Ph.D. in Water Erosion Modeling in 1999 at the University of Évora and earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1991 from the same university. He is a Full Professor at the University of Évora and is affiliated with the MED Institute for Agriculture, Environment, and Development. With over 70 articles published in impactful journals, he has served as a coordinator/researcher in more than 15 research projects. His professional activities focus on Engineering and Technology Sciences, emphasizing Other Engineering and Technology Sciences. Throughout his professional engagements, he has collaborated with 100 colleagues in co-authoring scientific works.
