Maria José Rodrigues Felício de Moura e Castro concluded her PhD in Management –Organization and Development of Human Resources specialization at the ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, in 2009. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Minho (School of Economics and Management) and a degree in Psychology from University of Coimbra (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences). She is Assistant Professor at Águeda School of Technology and Management of the University of Aveiro (ESTGA-UA) since 2002 and is responsible for curricular units in the area of Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour and Management. She is currently the deputy director of the Public Management Degree and between 2013 and 2018 she was the director of the Retail Management Degree, among other management functions that she performed. The teaching activities and managerial functions he has performed since 2002 have strengthened a close relationship with the business environment, through the placement of students in curricular internships, in the monitoring and coordination of these internships and in the organization of academic events, in close collaboration with external entities and companies. She has many years of professional experience as a professional training technician and coordinator in companies and was a trainer in the behavioral area. Research interest focus on Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour areas and she has published several scientific articles and book chapters in these areas.
