Renata Silva concluded her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with specialization in clinical engineering with a final classification of 16 out of 20 at University of Minho (UM, Braga) in January 2022. Under the scope of her master's she worked at Centre of Biological Engineering (Braga) within the Biosystems group (https://www.ceb.uminho.pt/BIOSYSTEMS). Her dissertation focused on the establishment of an exosome-based siRNA delivery system for breast cancer therapy. She acquired solid experience in cell culture, knowledge of several molecular biology techniques and know-how in the extracellular nanovesicles field. This work has been submitted for publication in a peer reviewed international journal.
