Guilherme Ribeiro Teles de Figueiredo is an associated researcher at CRIA (Centre for Research in Anthropology). He is currently a DPhil student in anthropology at the University of Oxford, School of Anthropology & Museum Ethnography. He completed his MSc in Anthropology in 2021 and his BSc in Anthropology in 2018, from Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa - Escola de Ciências Sociais e Humanas. He has published one article in the journal "Anthropological Theory." He has published one article in "Jornal Mapa" and he publishes articles online on a personal blog. He was awarded the "Academic Excellence Award" by Iscte-IUL in 2019, as the best BSc student in anthropology. He was a scientific co-coordinator and lecturer on two specialization courses in the field of Anthropology, Philosophy, Art, and Religion, hosted by CRIA, held at the NOVA University Lisbon. He has been invited to lecture various classes in several courses of the Master's Program in Anthropology at Iscte-IUL. He works in the areas of Social Sciences, with an emphasis on Anthropology, Humanities, Philosophy, and Religion. He has directed and produced two ethnographic short films. He has worked on several scientific and social projects as a field interviewer and has experience in fieldwork. He is also a trained musician and audio engineer, having produced, composed, and integrated several artistic, sound design, and music projects.
