João Motta Guedes (1995). Inicia o seu percurso académico com a Licenciatura em Direito na Universidade de Lisboa (PT), participou no programa de intercâmbio de estudos Pontifícia Universidade Católica no Rio de Janeiro (BR) e realizou o Mestrado em Direito Internacional e Europeu na NOVA School of Law, em Lisboa (PT), sendo actualmente doutorando em Direito na mesma Universidade. Em 2019, em paralelo com a sua actividade académica dedica-se ao pensamento e prática artística, que sempre caminharam lado a lado através da poesia ao longo dos anos, terminando o Mestrado em Pintura pela Universidade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa (PT). Das exposições individuais, destacam-se: "Poems of Tomorrow' (2026), Galeria Francisco Fino, “You came to start the revolution” (2023), Galeria Zé dos Bois; “How to Live?” (2023), na Galeria NAVE; e “No feeling is final” (2024), na Galeria Municipal da Boavista. Entre outras, participou em diversas exposições coletivas, tais como: “Cycles of Reality”, Kunstquartier Bethanien, Berlim (DE), “Vulnerable Objectivities in a Garden of Delights and Horrors”, The Loft, Coleção da Família Servais, Bruxelas (BE), “Last Acquisitions (Part I)”, Coleção PACA, Lisboa (PT), o “Young Art Prize” (2023), “False twins” (2023) na Appleton Square, “The garden of forking paths” (2023) no Buraco, “A dream brought me here” (2024) no Glogauair; “Be my guest” (2024), na Galeria NAVE; “Wanderlust”, na Artes Mota Galiza no Porto e “(0 /1) o zero e o um”, no Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência (MUNHAC), em Lisboa. Ao longo do seu percurso foi galardoado com vários prémios, incluindo o “Prémio arte-Jovem - Fundação Millennium BCP - 2023”, “Sovereign Portuguese Art Prize - 2025”, o "Prémio Filo-Lisboa - 2020", "O prémio de pintura Alunos da Fbaul - 2020", e a bolsa de investigação da Fundação da Ciência e Tecnologia, 2021-2025. O seu trabalho artístico é representado pela Galeria Francisco Fino.
