Paulo Quadros, Director of Product and Business Development. Graduated (1999) and PhD (2005) in Chemical Engineering, FCTUC, University of Coimbra, Portugal. Process Engineer at CIMPOR - Cement Industry 2005-2006. Joined at the early beginning of FLUIDINOVA, S.A. in 2006 and coordinated the design, construction and start-up of the industrial plant for producing nano-hydroxyapatite through the NETmix® technology. In 2009, becomes the Head of Product & Business Development responsible for the company products' portfolio and for developing the international business of nanoXIM® hydroxyapatite for biomaterials and oral care. Since 1999, participated in 15+ research projects in cooperation with academia and industry, attended over a dozen of conferences as speaker and published 20+ research peer reviewed papers. Received seven national and international awards for the academic and professional career performance.
