Has experience in the field of Chemistry with emphasis on Materials Science, Materials Chemistry and Physical Chemistry, on the topics: photodegradation studies of organic light-emitting devices (OLED), spectroscopic characterization techniques such as ionic desorption induced by electron impact and photons, laser-induced ion desorption, as well as surface studies using synchrotron radiation, photoabsorption and photoemission of synchrotron radiation in condensed matter, thin films, vacuum technologies, mass spectrometry, microwave treatment of materials, material characterization by thermal analysis techniques, X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Experience in laboratory accreditation process in ISO/IEC 17025 and implementation of ISO 9001 in Quality Management system in laboratories. Works in the development and characterization of bioelectronic sensors and photovoltaic devices. Coordinates research projects related to the development of sensors, materials functionalization and photovoltaic devices. Leader of the Research Group on Bioelectronics, Photovoltaic Devices and Materials Chemistry and coordinator of the Bioelectronics Laboratory - LABEL of the UFAM Analytical Center.
