Jorge Araújo completed his Master's Degree in Graphic Design and Editorial Projects at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto in 2022. In 2014, he completed a Master's Degree in Teaching Visual and Technological Education in Basic Education at the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and, in 2012, a Degree in Visual Arts and Artistic Technologies at the same institution. He is a guest assistant at the Porto Polytechnic Institute's School of Education and a senior technician at the same institution. At the same time, he co-founded 1/4 studio, a nationally and internationally awarded graphic design studio. His main areas of research are typography, type design, editorial design, and art education.
