Nuno Miguel Ferreira is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master's degree from the University of Porto. He is currently studying for a Doctoral Program in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on biomechanics and simulation. He is a researcher in INEGI and has taught at the University of Porto. He has worked on two projects: PRECOGFIL, which is about developing pre-tensioned cog threads to repair pelvic prolapse, and InterLynk, which aims to produce human platelet lysate-based scaffolds for repairing several tissues simultaneously.
