ANDREY VALERIEVITCH ROMANENKO. An experienced Strategy, Innovation, and Technology Executive and Consultant with a synergy of technical and management expertise, a large international network in the industry, and a deep knowledge of the innovation ecosystem. Andrey is a holder of a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering (specialization in Chemical Process Simulation and Control) granted by the University of Coimbra, Portugal with Distinction and Praise. As CEO of MORE CoLAB between 2019 and 2023, Andrey led the multidisciplinary Team in the start-up and affirmation of the Research and Technology Organization, focused on Impactful and Sustainable Innovation, that resulted in 31 competitive funded project (~12MEuro), 30 service contracts (~500kEuro), and a sustainable growth of the institution to 50 staff members. He is a Co-Founder in CIENGIS SA, a technology based company that developed and implemented novel process optimization, nonlinear model predictive control, and process performance monitoring solutions in the chemical industry with applications in Europe and Middle East. He is a co-inventor in 4 granted national patents and a co-author in over 40 scientific publications and a holder of PM2 Essentials Project Management certificate.
