The effects of a stigma reduction intervention pre and post COVID-19 pandemic.” No âmbito do seu estudo de doutoramento criou uma coorte de alunos da Universidade do Porto a fim de estudar os efeitos de uma intervenção de redução do estigma associado à depressão. Em 2020 o estudo foi prolongado para que fossem também estudados os efeitos da pandemia na sintomatologia depressiva e ansiosa destes estudantes universitários. Premiada com o melhor E-poster do grupo Global health: miscellaneous challenges II da Annual Student Research Conference, promovida pela EUGLOH em 2020, com o título “Depression and anxiety consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic: a longitudinal cohort study with university students.” Gestora de projectos na Aliança Europeia Contra a Depressão em Portugal (EUTIMIA), com particular interesse na promoção de literacia em Saúde Mental, redução do estigma associado à saúde mental e promoção dos comportamentos de procura de ajuda. Investigadora no ITR no grupo “Literacia em saúde mental, bem-estar, depressão e prevenção do suicídio”, que integra a linha de investigação L2 – Sindemias, desigualdades em saúde e populações vulneráveis.
