Miguel Alexandre Rebelo Lucas, PhD in Sports Sciences from the University of Beira Interior, teaches at the Higher School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (Portugal), in the scientific area of Sports and Wellbeing. He has dedicated himself extensively to the area of Child Motricity and Motor Development from birth to adolescence. In his professional career we find a long connection to Football, with his federated practice lasting over 20 years and subsequent responsibility for leading teams in senior national championships, moving on to teaching physical education in the 1st basic cycle since 2014 and currently being a professor at the Higher School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco.
