She has been involved in research focused on the behavior and modulation of the immune system in the context of inflammatory diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis and Chronic Kidney Disease. Her interests lie in the field of biomedicine, encompassing its various aspects. Currently, she is a trainee at CATAA (Centro de Apoio Tecnológico Agro-Alimentar), where she is delving into the topics of microbiology and molecular biology within the agro-food context, always considering their impact on human health.
