Rui Pedro Lima is Professor and responsible for the Laboratories of the Escola Superior da Saúde de Vale do Ave - CESPU. Graduated in Food Engineering, Post-Graduate in Management of Organizations - business management and Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Food Industry by Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, specialized in Biomedical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. He completed his PhD in Intelligent and Adaptable Software Systems at the University of Vigo in 2025. Current areas of interest are Social Entropy related to Chaos Theory Associated with Artificial Intelligence.
