Sabrina Scuri holds a Ph.D. in Design from the Polytechnic University of Milan. From 2017 to 2020 Sabrina was as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Interactive Technologies Institute, where she worked on several research projects concerned with Sustainability and HCI; in particular the H2020 Smart Islands Energy System (SMILE) project and the FCT REaL tIme dAshboard on BuiLdings occupants risk during extreme weather Events (RELIABLE) project. Currently, she is an International Collaborator of Laboratório de Robótica e Sistemas de Engenharia (LARSyS) and a Researcher at the Polytechnic University of Milan (Italy), were she is working on a project concerned with urban regeneration. Her work resides at the intersection of Interaction Design, User Experience, and HCI, focusing on designing digitally mediated experiences to help raise awareness of environmental issues.
