Ana Catarina Pinho

Ana Catarina Pinho holds a PhD awarded by the European Centre for Documentary Research (eCDR), at the University of South Wales, UK. She is currently a researcher at the Institute of Art History, Nova University of Lisbon (Portugal), and the Global Art Archive, University of Barcelona (Spain). Pinho is the founder director of ARCHIVO - Photography and Visual Culture Research Platform, chief editor of the ARCHIVO PAPERS Journal (ISSN 2184-9218), and the convener of the annual event REFRAMING THE ARCHIVE - International Conference on Photography and Visual Culture.
