Sara Valadas (D612-C1DB-FD3C)

Curriculum Vitae

Sara Valadas completed her PhD in Chemistry in 2016 from Évora University and a Degree in Chemistry in 2007, from Évora University. She is a Contract Researcher at the Laboratório Hercules Herança Cultural Estudos e Safeguarda and an integrated member of its scientific board, participating in several national and international projects, such as the study of the Funchal altarpiece, the Old Goa Revelations Project (study of the portraits of the Viceroys of India), the SCREAM Project for the study of Edvard Munch's drawings, the E-RIHS.pt infrastructure project and the Project of the Intervention and study of Saint Vicent Panels. She was part of the scientific team of the José de Figueiredo Laboratory already in the period of conclusion of the degree, in 2007, participating in several projects in the area of 15th to 19th century paintings and now she has been participating in the scientific collaboration between the HERCULES Laboratory and the José de Figueiredo Laboratory (including in E-RIHS.pt). She has been member of the organizing committee in several international conferences and meetings. She participe in the coordination of FixLab and MoLab projects of the E-RIHS.pt platform, including projects´ managements and evaluation, organization and scheduling and scientific advising. Participation in the European IPERION HS Project and WP8 group, in the section dedicated to the communication plan.
