"As an experienced academic, my career has been devoted to integrating technological expertise with multidisciplinary education. I began as a vocational high school teacher, specializing in computer-based education. I pursued a master's degree in mechanical education and a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, leading to a successful thesis within a national industrial project. This experience fostered extensive cooperation between industry and academia in Istanbul and developed my proficiency in team-based projects. I evolved into roles such as an IT software specialist, a research specialist at the Renewable Energy Systems research center, and finally an Assistant Professor in Mechatronics Engineering. During my tenure, I steered a notable increase in research output and contributed to groundbreaking solar-oriented studies. I also served in administrative roles, managing a vocational school, and serving as a university senator from 2018-2023, where I participated in important policy discussions. Currently, I'm pioneering research in renewable energy and new technologies, particularly VR/AR technology, utilizing CAE software for system modelling and optimization. I'm contributing to the Technologies of Architecture department of the CITAD research center at Lusiada University in Lisbon, and I'm part of the scientific committee of the Scientific Experts of the Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco in Florence. My future plans include leading a multidisciplinary team to make significant strides in renewable energy research with new technologies.
