Ricardo Roseira Cayolla is a Department of Economics and Management (DEG) member at Universidade Portucalense (UPT). His main research interests are in the sports industry as a study of sports consumers and organizational behaviors. The sporting institution exerts a significant influence on today's society. The role of sport in business is a reality due to the attention it generates in the media and its relevance on a political level. Sport is one of the industries with the highest growth rate globally, particularly in North America. His research follows perspectives to predict consumption behaviors and the subsequent formulation of marketing strategies: a) consumer brand relationships, b) neurosciences and consumer studies, and c) sustainability.
