*Since 2023 I work on R&D projects at EntoGreen, developing nutritional solutions for plants thru the bioconversion of agro-industrial by-products by Black Soldier Fly larvae. The focus is on insect organic fertilizer (frass from Hermetia illucens), integrating applied science, sustainability, and innovation to improve soil health and food quality. In addition to the industry, Im a guest lecturer at the Egas Moniz School of Health & Science in the subjects of Plant Biology, Agriculture, and Environment. Also, I am an integrated member of CiiEM, maintaining a research agenda aligned with regenerative agriculture and the circular economy. *The path that brought me here includes a PhD in Agricultural and Life Sciences at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE), where I investigated how water management, harvest timing, and drying methods modulate the phytochemical profile of new pepper hybrids, combining plant physiology, non-destructive phenotyping, and bioactive quantification by HPLC. In the Master's in Agroecology at UFV, I delved into agroecology, family farming, sustainable food systems, and wild edible plants, developing a thesis with nutritional analysis by HPLC in unconventional food plants. During my undergraduate studies in Biology (UFOP), I worked with medicinal plants, phenolic compounds, and antioxidant activity in plants and fruits; the exchange program at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto broadened my international perspective and strengthened my scientific and interpersonal skills. *Over the years, I have produced 25 scientific works, including articles, chapters, and conference communications, which reinforces both methodological rigor and the ability to mediate between academia and the productive sector. *Ambition?
