Estrella Luna Muñoz (Mexico). As a researcher, trainer, and project manager of several projects focused on education, youth, intercultural dialogue, art, media, and information literacy, she has intervened in Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Honduras, and Cape Verde. With a Ph.D. in Education with Information and Communication Technology (ICT), she has been working as a Media and Information Literacy Professor in educational institutions. Seen as a Media and Information Literacy specialist and youth representative at UNESCO MIL Alliance in Communication and Information Sector, as well specialist in using Media and ICT for youth empowerment and social integration, she has been invited to participate as a Speaker in several lectures in congresses, inclusive of some organized by UNESCO.
