Fernando Luiz Silva Chagas. Operates in the Humanities area (s). Doctoral student in Cultural Sciences at the Institute of Letters and Human Sciences of the University of Minho. He is a member of the Research Group on Identities and Intermedialities (G2i) and is a member of the editorial committee of magazine 2i. He holds a master's degree in Social Policy from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and a degree in Letters. He is dedicated to the artistic activities of music, theater and storytelling and also to the study of cultural management and public policies for culture. Currently part of the artistic research team of the Instituto Cultural Abrapalavra in Belo Horizonte – Brazil.
