Sophia Küpers is a doctoral candidate at the University Institute of Lisbon, ISCTE-IUL, in Portugal. At the Center for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS) she is currently developing her multidisciplinary doctoral project around the roles of temporality and collective memory in meaning making of large-scale renewable energy (RET) projects. For her work, she received funding from MISTRAL MSCA ITN, grant agreement 813837. Sophia has a background in European Ethnology and Gender Studies (BA, Humboldt University of Berlin) and earned a MSc in Environmental Sciences, Policy & Management from Central European University, Budapest.
