Carlos Antunes, Coimbra, 1969. Degree in Architecture from FAUP in 1996, the year he founded the architecture studio Atelier do Corvo with the architect Désirée Pedro. He has been teaching since 2008 at the Department of Architecture at the University of Coimbra (DARQ). Since 2010 he has been Director of the Coimbra Plastic Arts Circle and is currently studying for a PhD in Contemporary Art at the Colégio das Artes of the University of Coimbra. Since 2010 he has been a Director of the Círculo de Artes Plásticas of Coimbra and is a PhD student in Contemporary Art at the Colégio das Artes of the University of Coimbra. The most relevant projects include: Center for Contemporary Art, CAPC - Municipal House of Culture, Coimbra, 1994; Remodelling Project of the Chimico Laboratory of the University of Coimbra - with João Mendes Ribeiro, 2001; Rehabilitation of the Ancient Ceramics Society of Coimbra - with Luísa Bebiano Correia, 2003; Remodelling and expansion of the Pombal Secondary School, 2008; Two Houses in Carvalhais, 2005, 2006; Remodelling of the Miranda do Corvo Market, 2009; House at Gondramaz, 2010; Residential home and occupational center “O Cavalo Azul” - AFSD (Association of Families in Solidarity with Disability), 2010; Exhibition of Portuguese representation at the 12th Venice Biennale of Architecture, 2010; Rehabilitation of the Bell Tower and Cistern of the Old Castle of Miranda do Corvo, 2011; Bento Menni Building Expansion Project, construction of the Administrative Building, the Chapel of Resurrection, and the S.
