for Mathematics in Industry (ECMI). He is a researcher at the Weierstrass Institute Berlim and Professor at the Technical
University of Berlin, Germany. He gave a keynote lecture entitled Maths for Digital Factory on the Cycle of Seminars of CDRSP
2019 where he highlighted the importance of Mathematics on the development of the digital factories of the future.
