Vanessa Alexandra Teixeira de Sá Queirós

Vanessa Queirós started her PhD degree in Biology and Ecology of the Global Change in 2020 at the University of Aveiro. She concluded her MSc course in Ecology and Environment (2018) and her BSc course in Biology (2015) at the University of Porto. Her work has focused on studying the influence of external inputs in aquatic species being it, nutritional uptake or abiotic stressors. Her main area of interest is aquatic toxicology but has also been involved in projects with focused in other scientific areas possibly complementary with aquatic toxicology. Namely, environmental education and ecological modelling. Vanessa participated in 2 research projects.
